Intermediate Bladesmithing: Full-Tang Knife Making
Take your knife-making skills to the next level in this focused, one-day course running from 10am to 5pm.
Designed as the perfect follow-on from beginner bladesmithing, this class explores how to make high-quality knives using modern workshop equipment, some of which you may already have at home. This course is intended for amateur knife makers, folks who already have a bit of blademaking experience and are wanting to learn more.
During the day, you’ll focus on creating a full-tang knife, learning key techniques including precision grinding, shaping, and handle fitting. You’re welcome to design your own blade profile or follow one of our proven recipe designs.
This course is ideal for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of the knife-making process, particularly the critical finishing stages that turn a forged blank into a refined, usable tool.
